Registration Fees include lunch on all Conference days except Wednesday.
As of early February 2009, many airlines have reduced their tickets costs substantially. For example, as of February 6, 2009 many airlines airfares between Chicago O'Hare and Las Vegas was running under $270/round-trip.
ProDev Attendees: We recommend you fly into Las Vegas on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning (no later than 10:00 AM arrival) The PreConference Workshop is scheduled for Noon to 5:00 PM on Wednesday. You may check-in for RPG World on-site starting at 10:30 AM Wednesday morning.
For Regular RPG World Attendees: We recommend arriving anytime Wednesday or earlier if desired. There are no events on Wednesday for regular RPG World attendees, however you may check-on onsite from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Wednesday.
The conference hotel has reserved a block of rooms for us at a reduced rate. The estimated Hotel costs above includes arrival on Wednesday, with a Sunday departure. Note: This estimate includes taxes and hotel fees and may vary depending on your length of stay. If you are planning on leaving on Saturday after RPG World ends, you hotel bill will be approximately $100 less.
Taxis to/from the Las Vegas airport are approximately $20 each way. Shuttle service is under $10 each way.
When budgeting, please remember to include airfare, if applicable.
