Cancellation and Refund Policy[ Back to previous ]
All payments for registration fees must be received within the designated time specified on the invoice. Unless specified otherwise, payment must be received by the earlier of 30 days from the invoice date or one business day prior to the start of the event.
From time to time it may be necessary to cancel a conference or seminar ("event") due to circumstances beyond our control. When this happens, a complete refund will be issued to attendees who have paid for that event. The sole compensation for cancellation or other remedies shall not exceed the event registration fee paid to Cozzi Productions, Inc. No other refunds or remedies shall be provided.
All cancellations must be received in writing by postal mail and delivered to: Cozzi Productions, Inc. - Attn: RPG World - P.O. Box 106 - North Aurora, IL 60542 or via e-mail to Bob Cozzi. In order to receive a refund less a $150.00 processing fee, cancellations must be received by or postmarked at least 30 days prior to the published start-date of the event. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start-date of the event. We respond to all cancellation requests via the same shipping method of the cancellation. Since email and ground mail can be unreliable and are not guaranteed, it is recommended that you send all cancellations via Registered U.S. Mail, "return receipt requested".
If an attendee needs to cancel within 30 days of the start of the event, Cozzi Productions may, entirely at its sole discretion, provide an alternate solution such as a credit towards potential future events. However, no guarantee of production of any future events is implied.
No refunds shall be issued and no credit give to registered attendees who are "no shows" who do not cancel their registration and/or do not attend the event.
Paid registrations are transferable to another representative from the registered person's company or organization provided an email requesting such changes originates from that of the original attendee or the administration email address. If a transfer is requested at least 10 days prior to an event start date, no service fee applies. If the transfer request is 9 days or less or on-site, a $50 transfer fee is charged. Unpaid registrations are not transferable.
Purchase Orders and "bill me's" are not accepted for registration fees or other goods or services.
