Paying for your Registration

If you register 30 days or more before the start of the event, your payment must be received (A) via credit card at the time of registration, or (B) by check within 30 days of your registration/invoice date. Registrations not paid within this period are subject to cancellation and any advanced/early/promotional discounts are void.

If you register within 30 days of the start of the event your payment must be received (A) via credit card at the time of registration or (B) at least 10 days prior to the start of the event. Only paid Attendees are permitted to attend the event.

If we have to Cancel an Event

From time to time it may be necessary to cancel a conference or seminar ("event") due to circumstances beyond our control. When this happens, a complete refund will be issued to attendees who have paid for that event. The sole compensation for cancellation or other remedies shall not exceed the event registration fee paid to Cozzi Productions, Inc. No other refunds or remedies shall be provided.

If you need to Cancel your registration

All cancellations must be received in writing by postal mail and delivered to: Cozzi Productions, Inc. - Attn: RPG World P.O. Box 106 - North Aurora, IL 60542 or via e-mail to Bob Cozzi. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the day of the event receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee; cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event but greater than 15 days of the event shall receive a refund less a $150 service charge. NO REFUNDS are given for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the start-date of the event.

Please note: No refunds shall be issued and no credit give to Attendees who are "no shows"; those who do not cancel their registration at least 15 days prior to the start of the event and do not attend the event.

If you have to transfer your registration to third party

Paid registrations are transferable to another representative from the same company of the registered attendee provided an email requesting such changes originates from that of the original attendee or the administration email address. If a transfer is requested at least 15 days prior to the start of the event, no change fees apply. If the transfer request is 15 days or less or on-site, a $50 transfer fee is charged. Unpaid registrations are not transferable.

"Corporate Badges" or one-badge for many attendees is not offered for RPG World. However, a "day pass" is available to companies whose office is located in the same geographic location as the event. The fee for a day-pass is $500 fee per person.

Purchase Orders and "bill me's" are not accepted for registration fees or other goods and services.
