Booth/Sponsorship Options and Pricing

Booth Space  (sold out)

Price: $1750.00 (10x10 table-top or low-rise floor standing booth.)

For 2008, you also are provided an optional, 1 hour 15 minute lecture slot on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. The session must be a technical presentation on your product or a general System i and/or RPG IV technical topic. Timeslots are available on the first-come first serve basis.

Additional Booth Staff Person

Price: $150 per person for person 2 and more.

Lunch Sponsor

Price: $1500 (sponsor our lunchtime meal. 3 available)

Vendor Sessions (sold out)

Price: $350 (1 hour 15 minute session, requires booth purchase. 4 timeslots available.) - Present a session to our audience on your products or services.

Shirt Sponsor

Price: $5000 (Have your logo and web address included in our RPG World souvenir shirt. 1 available.)

Reception Sponsor

Price: $5000 (Sponsor our Monday Evening Reception: 3-slots available)

 


What You Get

Booth Size: 10x10 table-top or low-rise, floor-standing booth

Internet Access:  Wireless Internet access is being contracted by RPG World with the hotel and is being provided to attendees and Showcase Vendors at no additional charge.

Banner Ad Space: You receive a corporate graphic/logo on our signage (banners) displayed during the conference. These signs remain up until the end of the event (which is one day longer that the Showcase itself.

Website Ad Space: You receive a corporate graphic/logo on our RPGWorld.com website from the day you provide it to us. It remains on our website for at least 90 days following the event.

The Showcase shall be located in the RPG World coffee break area.

Floor space is limited. All hotel-related expenses and charges for your booth are your responsibility. RPG World's sole responsibility is to provide said space to the vendor. No other warranty is given.

Additional Charges

Electricity: Power to your booth and other needs are your responsibility. Please contact the hotel's A/V department and contract with them directly.

Your showcase staff does not receive admission to RPG World sessions, except meal functions on Monday and Tuesday. Meal passes are provided for one individual per booth. Meal passes for additional booth staff person(s) are $150/each and are required for any additional staff members.

Note, you can check-in on-site on Sunday starting at 12:30 PM to see if you can set up your booth at that time. RPG World does not have the space reserved until Monday at 7:00 AM, so you may not be able to set up until the scheduled times below.

Showcase Expo Dates Hours
Monday, May 5, 2008 - SETUP
Check on-site to see if an optional Sunday Setup Time is available. This will depend on whether or not the hotel is busy with another function/event on Sunday.
Set Up opens at 7:00 AM Monday. You must be finished with your setup by 11:00AM Monday.
NOTE: SetUp is NOT available from 8:45 AM until 9:30 AM on Monday due to a general session being conducted in the ShowCase room. If you have completed or have not started your set up by 8:30 or so, you should not plan on starting until 9:30 AM Monday morning.
Monday, May 5, 2008 ShowCase Hours ShowCase Opens at Noon

ShowCase closes when sessions resume, and reopens during the afternoon break.

ShowCase reopens during the RPG World Reception: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

To reserve space at RPG World, a check for 50% or 100% of the Showcase fee must be mailed to the address below.. The balance is due prior to the start of the event. No refunds shall be provided for cancellations, no-shows or weather-related delays of your staff or materials. All booths are optimum location (none has a better position than the other).

To make a reservation for RPG World Showcase, simply send payment for 50% or 100% of the amount due to the following address:

All payments and reservations must be mailed to this address at least 30 days in advance of the event.
Upon receipt of at least 50% of amount due, your space will be reserved. Your balance is due on or before the start of the event.
