Booth/Sponsorship Options and Pricing

All hotel-related expenses and charges for your booth are your responsibility. RPG World's sole responsibility is to provide space to the vendor. No other warranty is given.

Booth Space  (10 positions available)

Price: $1750.00 (10x10 table-top or low-rise floor standing booth.)

Includes booth space and one ShowCase/Conference badge. All booth staff persons must have a badge and badges may not be shared. For 2009, you also are provided an optional, 1 hour 15 minute lecture slot. The session must be a technical presentation on your product or a general System i and/or RPG IV technical topic. Timeslots are available on the first-come first serve basis and are limited. TIMESLOTS MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 45 DAY PRIOR to the start of RPG WORLD.   

New for 2009!!! How to Lower Your Booth Cost:

To lower the cost of a booth at RPG World, consider sending out multiple email blasts to your own email list about RPG World. Here's how it works:

Once you register as a ShowCase vendor, we provide you with a promotion code. Then you simply send out an email blast and/or create a FaceBook or LinkedIn notice mentioning that your customers/prospects can save $100 off RPG World registration rate buy using your Promotion Code. For every registration that uses your code (after an initial 3 registrations), you save $50 off your booth space fee. If 20 people use your code, you save $1000. If 40 people use your code you save $2000 and we credit your both rental fee of $1750, plus we pay you $250!

Price: $150 per person for second, third, etc. persons.

Price: $1000 (sponsor our lunchtime meal. 3 available)

Shirt Sponsor

Price: $2500 (Have your logo and web address included in our RPG World souvenir shirt. 2 available.)

Reception Sponsors

Regular Sponsor: Included with Booth Space purchase

Premium Sponsor: $2000 (3 available) your company name/logo on agenda and signage for our popular dinner/reception. Also a "Sponsored by..." mention in all our own marketing (email) pieces.

 

What You Get

1. Booth Size: 10x10 table-top or low-rise, floor-standing booth
2. Internet Access:  Wireless Internet access is being contracted by RPG World with the hotel and is being provided to attendees and Showcase Vendors at no additional charge.
3. Banner Ad Space: You receive a corporate graphic/logo on our signage (banners) displayed during the conference. These signs remain up until the end of the event (which is one day longer that the Showcase itself.
4. Website Ad Space: You receive a corporate graphic/logo on our RPGWorld.com website from the day you provide it to us. It remains on our website for at least 90 days following the event.
5. RPG World podcast mention. We have several weekly and monthly audio and video podcasts. As an RPG World ShowCase vendor, you'll be mentioned on those podcasts starting 60 days out from the event and continuing until June 1, 2009. This gives you additional weekly exposure and credit for supporting the fastest growing independent RPG IV and Power System event of the year.

Additional Charges

Electricity: Power to your booth and other needs are your responsibility. Please contact the hotel's A/V department and contract with them directly.

Showcase booth fee includes 1 regular RPG World admission badge. Additional meal-only badges are required for any and all additional booth staff persons. All booth personnel must have a valid RPG World badge.

Sign Up for RPG World ShowCase

To reserve space at RPG World ShowCase, please register for RPG World using our regular registration page. Then pay for your booth using PayPal (via Credit Card) or pay by check by sending your check to the address below. Any balance is due prior to the start of the event. No refunds shall be provided for cancellations, no-shows or weather-related delays of your staff or materials. All booths are optimum location (none has a better position than the other). Note, space is only reserved upon receipt of your booth space deposit or online registration and online payment. Positions at RPG World are based on whomever reserves first gets first location choice.

Remittance Address:

To make a reservation for RPG World Showcase, register as a ShowCase Vendor here (starting December 1, 2008) or send a payment for 50% or 100% of the amount due to the following address:

MAKE CHECKS OUT TO: "COZZI PRODUCTIONS, INC." All payments and reservations must be mailed to this address at least 30 days prior to the start of the event to be properly credited. If you can't mail it in time, use our online registration form.

Set Up / Tear Down Schedule

• Set up is available after 1:00 PM Wednesday and must be completed by 10:00 AM Thursday.
• Tear down begins at the close of the Showcase on Friday.

Note the hotel will charge you a per-day fee for each box you ship (typical of these types of events). Contact the hotel to set up billing charges and payment methods
