Booth Space (10 positions available)
Price: $1500.00 (10x10 table-top or low-rise floor standing booth.) if reserved by August 1, 2010. $1750 thereafter.
Includes booth space and one ShowCase/Conference badge. All booth staff persons must have a badge and badges may not be shared. For 2010, you also are provided an optional, 1 hour 15 minute lecture slot. The session must be a technical presentation on your product or a general System i and/or RPG IV technical topic. Timeslots are available on the first-come first serve basis and are limited. TIMESLOTS MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 45 DAY PRIOR to the start of RPG WORLD.
New for 2010!!! How to Lower Your Booth Cost:
To lower the cost of a booth at RPG World, consider sending out multiple email blasts (2 minimum) to your own email list about RPG World. Applicable only when initial email is sent at least 45 days prior to the event. Here's how it works.
Once you register as a ShowCase vendor, we provide you with a promotion code. Then you simply send out an email blast and/or create a FaceBook or LinkedIn notice mentioning that your customers/prospects can save $100 off RPG World registration by using your Promotion Code. For every registration that uses your code (after an initial 3 registrations), you save $50 off your booth space fee. If 20 people use your code, you save $1000. If 40 people use your code you save $2000 and we credit your both rental fee and write you a check for the difference.
Additional Booth Staff Person(s)
Price: $200 per person for second, third, etc. persons. This covers 3 meals per day for the event--which is charged to RPG World directly.

Price: $1000 each. You signs or brochures are put on display for the specific RPG World event.
Electricity: Power to your booth and other needs are your responsibility. Please contact the hotel's A/V department and contract with them directly.
Showcase booth fee includes 1 regular RPG World admission badge. Additional meal-only badges are required for any and all additional booth staff persons. All booth personnel must have a valid RPG World badge.
To reserve space at RPG World ShowCase, please register for RPG World using our regular registration page. Then pay for your booth using PayPal (via Credit Card) or pay by check by sending your check to the address below. Any balance is due prior to the start of the event. No refunds shall be provided for cancellations, no-shows or weather-related delays of your staff or materials. All booths are optimum location (none has a better position than the other). Note, space is only reserved upon receipt of your booth space deposit or online registration and online payment. Positions at RPG World are based on whomever reserves first gets first location choice.
